Would you rather get shot in the foot or not get shot but when they pull the trigger there is just a trick? so basically mental snap or bullet in foot

This is by far the most idiotic thing you've ever asked.
Of course people rather would get shot by a fake gun than a real gun.
REAL GUNS CAUSE PAIN.
FAKE GUNS DON'T!
Unless a person is a masochist or suicidal, then I'm sure everybody would pick the first option over the second one.

I'd get pissed if nothing came out of the gun, but that's because I'm a masochist and sadist. S & M baby!

Sm & M for the win. But I think a gunshot wound would be too painful to be pleasurable.

What do you mean by a mental snap?
I'd prefer nothing, because I wouldn't feel anything.
1: Shooting
I wouldn't want to get shot, because it would hurt. Especially in the foot, because we walk on them.
2: Nothing
I'd be pretty pissed off at whoever if it was nothing. But I'd be happy because i woudln't be injured.

But if i have a choice I would definately pick the shot because I'd be too scared of a mental snap.

O.o?
Really?
And why is your Karma going down. -.-'''
It's at -1 right now, I'm gonna raise it up.
And I would rather choose the foot than the nothing. Mental snaps only last a short while, and you only get frightened to an extreme, but wouldn't it be worse if you have a mental snap, and get your foot injured?
Anyways, won't you have the same mental snap for both?
Situation 1:
Someone points a gun at you. You're scared. You hear the trigger being pulled. You get even more scared. The trigger is finally pulled. You get a mental snap. you find out that the gun is empty. You feel relieved and angry, but glad that your foot isn't destroyed.
Situation 2:
Someone points a gun at you. You're scared. You hear the trigger being pulled. You get even more scared. The trigger is finally pulled. You get a mental snap. After the trigger is pulled, you get an enormous pain on your foot. Your mental snap and your physical pain blends together, causing more pain.

Wait I asked my teacher this and he said that overload of emotinos for number one can fry your brain making you mentally handicapped, but the shock from getting shot in situation 2 would completely overrule the emotional overload

Yes, it would overrule, since it's a more powerful feeling than the emotional feeling.
But! I do agree with you that you can get mentally handicapped in Situation 1. (I thought you meant an actual mental snap, rather than a "fry your brain" thing, I was mistaken)
But! Before you get shot in the foot, you still do have those emotions, but not full blast.
For example: (These are not the exact statistics, but hypothetically speaking, I think it will be like this.)
Situation One (Nothing): 1.Someone pulls a gun to your foot. Anxiety and Emotion levels: 50%
2. That someone is getting ready to pull the trigger. Anxiety and Emotion levels: 80-90%
3. That someone pulls the trigger. Anxiety and Emotion levels: 100%
After three, there are two main ways a person can go.
Either:
4a. After you realize that it was empty. Anxiety and Emotion levels: 0-79% (or starts to drop)
or
4b. Because you don't have anything for your high emotions to fall back on (extreme physical pain, a more higher emotional thing than guns, or other things) , your brain gets damaged. Anxiety and Emotion levels: 125% and up (this is when the brain gets damaged from emotional overload)
----------
Situation Two (Actual Shooting): 1.Someone pulls a gun to your foot. Anxiety and Emotion levels: 50%
2. That someone is getting ready to pull the trigger Anxiety and Emotion levels: 80-90%
3. That someone pulls the trigger. Anxiety and Emotion levels: 100%
4. Your foot is shot. Anxiety and emotion levels: 101% Pain and physical stuff: 50%
5. A small period of time passes by (small as in nanosecond small) Anxiety and emotion levels: 70% Pain and physical stuff: 80%
6. A small period of time passes by again. (small as in nanosecond small) Anxiety and emotion levels: 40% Pain and physical stuff: 100%
6. A small period of time passes by again. (small as in nanosecond small) Anxiety and emotion levels: 35% Pain and physical stuff: 110% ________
So either way, they both feel the emotion, it's just that in situation two, physical pain stops the emotional stuffs from going up to an overload. (this is what I think.)

There is a situation you hve to consider and that is where they are, so if they are near the hospital and the ambulance comes quick causing the person to run off then the pain will leave with morphone but the mental snap might not be abled to be cured unless they make u unconcious to calm you down.

You've haven't mentioned any of that. You said "Nothing" in general and "Shooting on the Foot" in general. We cannot take into consideration of where they might be, because you haven't mentioned anything about it. Additionally, the same thing can prove my thing as well. If they're in the general public or in a very crowded place, then a person could stop the shooter. Since the shooter doesn't have any bullets, he has no self-defence, so he could be stopped. While in my case, if a shooter has bullets in his gun, he could just shoot anybody getting in his way, AND shoot the victim as well. But then again, this doesn't count, because we're not considering the setting, because you never mentioned it.
